You acknowledge and agree that all information given to us is true and accurate. visionxparnell.co.nz accepts no responsibility for any consequences of false, incorrect or mistaken information supplied by customers. By ordering your contact lenses through our website you are confirming the validity and currency or your contact lens prescription. As Optometrists, we recommend yearly review of all contact lens wearers. We reserve the right to request a formal copy/verification of your contact lens prescription. You understand that you remain solely responsible for ensuring the contact lenses you order exactly match that prescribed by your Optometrist. Should any problem arise, you agree to consult your Optometrist without delay.
Pricing and Payment:
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason without notification. No price change will be applied to any confirmed order.
Overseas orders will be charged in New Zealand dollars. There may be additional foreign exchange charges/fees by your bank; you may also be liable for any local import charges and applicable taxes.
Full payment of any order is required before shipment.
All credit card payments are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure credit card security.
Products in stock will be shipped the same day as ordered and paid for. Non-stock product delivery will vary and depend on the supplier/manufacturer. Delay is usually minimal. Any product ordered that is on backorder may take significantly longer to be delivered. In such cases, the customer will be notified and be given options, including bonus/complimentary lenses (when available) and cancellation with full refund.
We can deliver overseas, however an additional delivery charge and handling charge will apply, regardless of quantity purchased or amount spent. It is also possible you may be liable to pay additional import duties or taxes in your own country. Please contact us directly at [email protected] for further enquiries.
All products being returned must have been supplied by Vision-X; contact lenses or solutions must reach us in its original condition and packaging, be undamaged and have no markings on boxes/packaging. Contact lenses being returned must have a minimum expiry date of 1 year and still be a current product. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval by Vision-X. Contact lenses or solutions that have been opened cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless defective.
With a confirmed change in contact lens prescription, we may be able to exchange any unopened boxes for you.
Defective or faulty lenses may be returned for exchange or refund at no cost at all. This may require Optometrist and/or manufacturer assessment before being accepted for return or refund.
For faulty goods or if supplied incorrectly; we require you to contact us within 7 days of receipt. We would send you a pre-paid courier pack in which you can return the items.
We do not exchange, refund or accept returns on specially ordered contact lenses or custom-made products.
Any item that you are not happy with for any reason (and has been approved for return by Vision-X), can be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us by courier to our Auckland office.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to but not limited to the provision of insufficient details to complete an order, suspicion of fraudulent or inappropriate activity and if a product becomes unavailable.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, it becomes a backorder. If an item on backorder cannot be sourced or is delayed unreasonably, we will contact you to discuss your options, including order cancellation and refund.
We do not disclose, sell or provide any of your details to any third party. Information provided is respected, strictly held in confidence and solely used to complete your order and to ensure a positive customer experience.
This website is governed by and operates in accordance with the laws of New Zealand including but not limited to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. As such, all parties agree that New Zealand courts will be vested with jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising in relation to the website, its use and content.
We endeavour to always provide accurate information on our website however, errors, oversights and omissions may unfortunately occur. Product images are for reference purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of actual products may appear different to those shown on the site.
We do not accept any form of liability for any type of loss or damage which may result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this website. You are solely responsible for the actions in relation to this website.
